Becky Gushwa had shown the property previously and reached out to us when the buyers were still interested. Even though she was the Buyers Agent she recommended service providers and answered questions for us as if she were our agent. We were so impressed by her care and professionalism that we used her when we purchased an apartment building. Once again her care and knowledge were valuable. We have had her show us a few properties over the years and she has always been happy to help. This purchase was a little rough due to the sellers being uncooperative. Becky Gushwa kept us sane and grounded during the purchase. We recommend her to everyone that needs a Real Estate Agent.

Once things started moving, I believe Doug went well above and beyond. I had never sold a house before and was very nervous and concerned. I never knew exactly what to expect, what to do, etc. I always had a 'ton' of questions. In addition, what he was trying to sell was not the easiest property. Though the new buyer had a lot of demands, the final result is that I no longer have to deal with the property. The selling price far exceeded my original expectations.
